Infinite Monkey Theorem – Red Wine

Infinite Monkey Theorem
Red Wine: Ridiculously Good Wine in a Can

Merlot
13.6% ABV

Infinite Monkey Theorem is a Colorado winery which bottles some of the best wines in the state. This one isn’t bottled… it’s canned. Really?!? I was skeptical, but as it’s showing up everywhere now, I thought I’d give it a try. The 250 ml can is just about perfect as a single serving, but how does it taste? I ‘decanted’ (decanned) into a glass, and noticed that it was slightly frizzante. The nose is has some mineral and sour cherry. If I didn’t know what I was drinking, I would guess it was a Lambrusco. Overall a better wine than I expected from a can.
